Returns

Our sales are final: a paid order cannot be cancelled or returned for convenience. Trading card prices change quickly and most of our items are unique pieces, shown with photos of the exact copy sold. Swiss law also provides no right of withdrawal for online purchases.

Wrong, non-conforming or counterfeit item

We put right, at our expense:

• an item different from the one ordered;
• an item missing from the parcel;
• an item that does not match its description or photos;
• an item that turns out to be counterfeit.

We then send you the correct item where possible; otherwise, we refund the item and, if the whole order is affected, the shipping costs. Return costs are borne by us.

Damage or loss in transit

Risk passes to the customer as soon as the parcel is handed over to Swiss Post. If your parcel arrives damaged or does not reach you, let us know without delay: we file a claim with Swiss Post and pass on to you any compensation obtained. If the packaging is visibly damaged, photograph it before opening it.

Time limit and procedure

1. Report the problem within 7 days of receipt, to contact@cetoracollect.ch or through the contact form, stating your order number.
2. Attach photos of the item and the packaging.
3. Wait for our reply before sending anything back: we will tell you how to return the item.
4. Send the item back in the condition in which you received it, in its protection.

Refund

Refunds are made to the payment method used for the order, once we have received and checked the returned item or, when no return is needed, as soon as your complaint is accepted. The time it takes to appear on your account depends on your bank or on TWINT.

Graded cards and sealed products

Disagreeing with the grade given by a grading company does not make an item non-conforming. An opened sealed product is not taken back, unless it turns out to be counterfeit.

Cetora Select

For a Cetora Select piece, sold on request, the return conditions are those agreed at the time of sale; failing that, the rules above apply.
