Terms and conditions of sale
Version 2 of 2 October 2026
These general terms and conditions of sale (terms) apply to all orders placed on this website with Cetora Collect Sàrl. The applicable version is the one you accept when ordering; its number is recorded with each order.
1. Seller
Cetora Collect Sàrl, Société à responsabilité limitée, Grand'Rue 57, 1110 Morges, Suisse
Email: contact@cetoracollect.ch
UID number: CHE-283.924.061 – VAT number: none (not registered for VAT)
2. Items
We sell single trading cards, graded cards and sealed products. Most of our items are unique pieces: each listing corresponds to one specific copy. The photos of a single or graded card show the copy sold and form part of its description, as explained in our card condition policy.
Single cards and graded cards are second-hand collectibles. Sealed products are sold closed; their contents are random and no specific card is guaranteed.
Items are offered while stocks last, as displayed and updated in real time.
3. Cetora Select
Pieces from the Cetora Select range are sold on request and cannot be ordered online. A purchase request sent through the contact form does not bind you or us: the sale is concluded when we confirm in writing the price and terms agreed. These terms then apply, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
4. Ordering and conclusion of the contract
You add items to your cart, enter your details and the shipping method, accept these terms, then pay on the secure page of our payment provider. During payment, the items are reserved for you; if payment is not completed within the time allowed, the order is cancelled and the items are put back on sale.
The contract is concluded when payment is confirmed: you then receive a confirmation email. If the payment method you chose takes time to process, you first receive an acknowledgement of receipt, then the confirmation as soon as payment is received.
In the event of an obvious error in price or description, or if an item turns out to be unavailable despite the reservation, we may cancel all or part of the order; the corresponding amount is then refunded in full.
To order, you must have full legal capacity or act with the consent of your legal representative.
5. Prices
Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF). They are final prices, including VAT where due; for items subject to margin taxation, VAT is not shown separately on the invoice. Shipping costs are shown before payment. The applicable price is the one displayed when you order.
6. Payment
Payment is made when ordering, online, on Stripe's secure page, with one of the methods offered (including credit or debit card and TWINT). The amount is charged at the time of payment. We neither receive nor keep your card details. An order is only considered paid once Stripe has confirmed the payment.
7. Delivery and risk
We deliver to the countries listed on our Shipping page, which also shows the shipping methods and their rates. Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 working days after payment is confirmed; the carrier's delivery times are given for information only.
Benefit and risk pass to the customer as soon as the parcel is handed over to the carrier. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we file the claim with the carrier and pass on to you any compensation obtained. For a valuable piece, we recommend a tracked, signed-for shipping method.
If a parcel is returned to us because the address given is incomplete or incorrect, or because it was not collected, we will contact you: we either send it again at your expense or refund the price of the items, excluding shipping costs.
8. Receipt and complaints
Check your parcel as soon as you receive it. Any missing or wrong item, or item that does not match its description or photos, must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt, by email, with photos of the item and the packaging. If the complaint is justified, we send you the correct item where possible, otherwise we refund the item; return costs are borne by us.
Transport damage must be reported to us within the same period, with photos of the packaging and the item, so that we can file a claim with the carrier (section 7). Keep the packaging until your complaint has been dealt with.
9. Returns
Our sales are final: a paid order cannot be cancelled or returned for convenience. Swiss law provides no right of withdrawal for online purchases. The cases in which we take an item back are described in section 8 and in our return policy.
10. Authenticity and warranty
We guarantee the authenticity of the items we sell. Should an item be shown to be counterfeit, we will take it back and refund you in full, including shipping costs.
Our collectibles are sold in the condition described and photographed: wear consistent with the description is not a defect. The grade of a graded card is the responsibility of the grading company, and the contents of a sealed product are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, any warranty beyond these terms is excluded.
11. Refunds
Refunds are made to the payment method used for the order, as soon as the complaint is accepted (after we receive the item when a return is requested) or as soon as we cancel the order. The time it takes to appear on your account depends on your bank or on TWINT.
12. Liability
We are liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence. To the extent permitted by law, any other liability is excluded, in particular for indirect damage and loss of profit.
13. Data protection
How we process your personal data is described in our privacy policy.
14. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms at any time. The version applicable to an order is the one accepted when placing that order.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and the contracts concluded on this website are governed by Swiss law, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (Vienna Convention). Subject to mandatory places of jurisdiction, in particular the consumer's place of residence, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Cetora Collect Sàrl, in Morges.
In the event of any discrepancy between the language versions of these terms, the French version prevails.
